I never used the stock firmware. Maybe there’s something that could be improved to get a better color range. Thanks for doing all those experiments!
Did the ESPHome update to 1.15.3 break anyone else’s Aoycocr bulbs?
Mine are using the YAML posted by TooTall. I updated and the bulbs are now white only. I rolled back to a snapshot with 1.5.2, reflashed, and they are fully working again. I’m still new at this, so wanted to confirm whether the problem is esphome or just me, before troubleshooting further.

I am having random issues with this BR30 on ESPHome 1.15.3 (seems like mostly WiFi related), but don’t have any problems on Tasmota 9.2. I haven’t tried earlier versions of ESPHome though.
Nope, I futzed with them a bit, but got nowhere, so just left them back on 1.15.2. They’ve been working flawlessly.
