I use guided access to keep my wall mounted ipad in the home assistant app. I also like using certain notification sounds, but guided access prevents the notifications from showing/sounding.
Given this is an app, and it even works over local push, it seems that the app could accept its own notifications and play sounds, entirely bypassing the apple notification system. Not sure if there’s any other way to get notification sounds to work in the app when guided access is on?
