I have got the Apple Home Kit bridge working perfectly in Home Assistant, but I have just noticed now I am away from my network that it must only work when I am connected to the same network ? is this correct ? am I missing something to get it working externally ?
You have to have a HomeKit hub (AppleTV or Homepod) in order to access HomeKit remotely.
