When I try to use Apple Shortcuts to call a service when I scan a service tag. I get an error message. So I wonder of someone can help me to get it work.

This is how the automation looks like.

I know that it is possible to run Tag in Home Assistant Companion, but I get the annoying pop up if I want to run the application and heard if running shortcuts I won’t get this message.

Your JSON is using “smart quotes”: “ … ”

However, it should use dumb quote: " … "

Alternatively, use a Dictionary.

Yes! It’s working now, thanx for your help :slight_smile:

I can now scan a NFC tag and it opens without asking me to open the application, great.
