There is new Aqara 2ch Relay available (already got 1) but not supported by HA - it detects device ID but says that gateway (i’m using xiaomi ones) firmware needs to be updated.
It would be really good to have these supported by HA. Is it possible? In plans?

it’s not related to HA. Xiaomi Hub is the reason - it’s not passing the relay to external API. SO there is no options while MI will not update firmware.
Meanwhile you can use CC2531 usb stick or deCONZ Conbee. Both are working with relay without any issues.
