Aqara door lock (a100, n100(zigbee), n200) integrarion to HA using gateway hub

Hello guys,
I’m looking for smart door lock. And would like to choose among of theese three (a100, n100(zigbee version), n200). As I already understood it is impossible to integrate them with HA using zigbee2mqtt stick. I don’t mind to buy some gateway hub for this purpose. The question is whether it will help me to integrate one of these door locks to HA using gateway? Or I’m wrong?

I bnought Aqara a100, but didn’t try to integrate it to HA, I will move soon to the new flat and will start trying to do so.
