Aqara E1 & Hue bulbs

Appreciate the answer is likely NO, but will ask anyway.

I run a mix of Conbee II and Aqara E1 hubs in my environment. Mainly I use E1 in the garden room where Conbee II would never reach (and then just drive sensors in through Homekit Integration).

Is there a way to connect Philips Hue bulb into ZHA through that E1 bridge?

Alternatively, is there a wi-fi Zigbee bridge that I can connect to Home Assistant through Wi-Fi locally and it will then be able to get info from Zigbee devices in that room?
