Aqara flood sensor in Z2M

I installed my new Aqara flood sensor yesterday via Zigbee2mqtt with my Sonoff zigbee 3.0 usb dongle plus.

The device was recognized but only the battery status is visible and all other data about temperature and humidity are NULL

I first looked here to see what the problem could be and read that the firmware for this device must be up to date.

I therefore upgraded the firmware according to the instructions based on this video on Youtube and that was successfully completed.
Unfortunately, the information from the flood sensor was still not displayed.

Removed the flood sensor and reinstalled it but without success.

Does anyone have an idea why the sensor values are not shown in Home Assistant.

I also have a Homey and when I connect the device to it, it works fine. So there is nothing wrong with the flood sensor itself.

Thanks.

I moved your post as it had nothing to do with the other topic.

Secondly, you say flood sensor but show images of a temperature and humidity sensor.

Finally, until Zigbee2MQTT has the values then HA can’t receive them from Z2M. You need to chase that problem, not why it’s not showing in HA.

Thanks and you are right, It is a humidity sensor. I bought both and mentioned the wrong device.

It solved itself because after 20 minutes the info appeared.
The firmware update must have done something because before the update it was not there after more than 12 hours.
