Aqara FP2 in Australia

Hi All,

I’m trying to setup my Aqara fp2 in the Aqara Home app, it gets past the HomeKit setup no problems, but after that when it tries to bind the sensor to my account, I get an error saying “This Awara device is not intended for use in the selected region.”

Does anyone know how to get around this?

Pretty certain this is not zigbee based anymore, instead WiFi.

It is not zigbee, you need to intergrate using the homekit intergration. Here is the excellent guide:
