Not sure what to say but there is no option to make it preferred in installation or after it is already in other networks. Add an open thread border router (from the three dot menu) asks for a URL that I do not have? If I use the Thread app it will only see a local USB device which this is not? I have the Matter server install which does not help. I even bought a local bluetooth adapter to add to the Matter server which does not help. The companion app just says that same thing that the web server does which is that I need the companion app?
I can only assume that there is a compatibility issue and I will need a specific gateway that is compatible with HA, or do I just give up on anything Matter/Thread?
All of the posts and documentation just points me back to one of these things that I have already done so I am completely lost. I am assuming that the reason I cannot add any devices is that the router is not the preferred network, unless I am wrong about that too.
At my wits end so any suggestions, even if you think it probably won’t work will be appreciated.
