I’ve been having issues with my Aqara zigbee devices dropping off the network, my other brand devices don’t have this issue. To mitigate this, I’ve purchaced a M3 Hub and I’m using Matter to connect to HA. I have connected 5 devices so far and 4 show up in HA without any problems. The issue I’m seeing is that the second contact sensor I’ve added is not showing up in HA at all. Has anyone else seen this? How do I get it to show up in HA?
I’m wondering if it is because, by default, they don’t use the names I’ve given in the Aqara app and use a generic name in HA. Could Matter be not including this in HA because it thinks it is the same device?
The Homekit integration does show both contact sensors.
