Aqara Remote h1 Switch Double Rocker is not pairing correctly

Hi there, my first question here.

I am very fine with my first steps in HA.

I have a bundle of things running from Osram, Ikea and Aqara. I had already one Aqara Remote h1 Switch Double Rocker. And it works fine. So i got 2 more. But they are not pairing correctly. I only can see the identify button and the battery state, but I can’t access the left and right buttons.

Any ideas?

The problem with my h1 was the same didn’t pick up the quirk
What worked for me (the wireless h1 variant).
Remove the device restart home assistant and pair. (also click the buttons on remote a few times while pairing). After a few tries it picked up the quirk.
You can see the quirk under zigbee info of the device.
Example: Quirk: zhaquirks.xiaomi.aqara.remote_h1.RemoteH1DoubleRocker2
