Hello to all. Aqara temperature sensor. When I just connected it to Xiaomi Gateway 2 two days ago, it was 51%, in 2 days it dropped to 39%. I inserted a new battery in 4 hours -4%. Why can the battery run out so quickly?
Only thing I can think of : to much space between your gateway and sensor, so your sensor has to work hard to connect to the gateway.
There are about 5-6 meters between them.
It is probably just the (simple) way the battery-calibration is implemented, probably voltage straight to %. Which would result in this behavior.
I would only start worrying when this trend keeps on going past 70/60%.
