What Synchronization Delay have you put in your config ?
Try to increase it.

Just got this up and running, thanks for all the work! It mostly works pretty well, the on/off definitely does.
However, I’m noticing the SET point on the middle line keeps reverting to 70, even though both the AC thermostat and the W100 thermostat reflect whatever was just set (e.g. 72, either in HA or using the W100). Also occasionally it won’t catch updates on the same climate controls when using the buttons on the W100 to change the set point (seems to be about half of them, or catches the first degree of a 3 degree change from 3 button pushes or something).
This sound like I’m just doing something wrong with my setup? I’m happy to play with the blueprint and/or settings to see if it’s just some funny timing thing
Very nice! My W100 is now able to control my AC using a Faikin device 
It’s still summer here, so no rush, however I have a completely separate entity for my heating, coming from a Junkers boiler. I’d love to be able to pick different climate entities for cool and heat directly from this blueprint and have it “just work”
