Aqara WS-EUK02 (double rocker, no neutral) - Signal loss

Hi, all

Experiencing issues with this Aqara WS-EUK02 where it randomly goes offline no matter what I do or what protocol I use. Wondering if anyone has this model and what’s your experience with it?

Behavior: Add to Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA (tried both several times), adds successfully. After some hours (can be 2h, can be 24h, no apparent connection) it will simply go offline.

Tried:

  • Using Z2M or ZHA, same exact behavior
  • Using it it decoupled or ‘regular’ mode, same behavior
  • Adding as little or many zigbee routers close to it as possible, even bringing the coordinator right next to it, same behavior

Appreciate some help if possible, I’m going crazy with this one and never had such a bad experience with any Aqara product.
