Hi there,
I simply need a Zigbee light sensor the gives me a Lux or Lumen or whatever I can work with.
I see that motion sensors can do that, but afaik they only report the value of the Light sensor when there is movement.
Anyone has an idea how to achieve that?
the ones at https://everythingsmarthome.co.uk/ do lux and update without the need to detect movement

The Ikea VALLHORN motion sensors also constantly reports, every few seconds, the Illuminance in lux.

HI there,
I ordered the Everything Presence One, because it runs with USB and has a steady power supply
Thanks for the recommendations. I hope this works
Unfortunately Hue sensors only update Lux on occupancy.

Mine seem to work:
They may update on occupancy as well, but they seem to update periodically on their own.
I’ll test my again, but the lux update is definitely not reactive as motion.
That’s true. It looks like every four minutes or so. If you add in motion the graph is more active.
