A moving human icon is displayed on the area card when a motion sensor assigned to the area detects a motion. However, it does not work for a presence sensor. The motion icon on the area card should work also for the presence sensors. This could be enabled by an additional argument of the area card for example: presence: yes/no.
Alternatively, a second/different icon to distinguish presence from motion.
Coming 2024.2 you’ll be able to add any device class of sensor (including Presence) to area card.
