I have been running hassioOS on a RPi4 4gb for over two years and seen that the RPi is under stressed with 10 to 15% CPU use and 0.8Gb of the RAM used. It’s in a passive cooling case running at 45DegC so plenty in reserve.

I’m looking for a new NAS and like the Argon40 EON for all sorts of stylish reasons. I have spent a while setting up a USB3 stick to run OMV6 so once the EON’s are back in stock I’ll be good to go.
My problem is that it looks like I need a second RPi though as I have tried to run some sort of OMV on hassio as a Service and in HACS but that doesn’t seem to work for me anyway. Or the other way I tried Home Assistant on Docker on OMV6 and the version of HA able to run wont restore my backup as it’s a Supervised version and that type of hassio won’t run in Docker so all my set up would be lost.
I’d really like to just run one RPi in the EON and have HA and a NAS on the same device.
Any ideas from you very cleaver people ???
