I’m using Ariela Widgets but they become unresponsive after a day.
I have several Ariela Widgets connected to HA Template Switches. They work great. However, if I don’t use them for a day then they stop working. Starting the Ariela app fixes the problem.
Seems the Widgets need the app to have run in the last 24 hours?
Have others seen this problem? Same thing happens on my phone and on my tablet. If it’s just me then I’ll probably try to factory reset the phone or something.
Please enable debug mode in Ariela, reproduce the problem and send me the logs so i can check it out.

Are others using Areila Widgets and not also use the Ariela app? I can’t get them to work.
The Widgets stop working if the app isn’t started every 24 hours. So if you I don’t start the app every 24 hours the Widgets break and my wife complains. Trying to figure out if it’s just me or if everyone has this problem.
Ionut, I sent you my logs a couple weeks ago to the email address in Ariela. If you’re not getting my emails then just let know and we can find another way to communicate.

Hi Ionut. I wanted to upgrade my HA to the latest to make sure that wasn’t the problem. I’ve since reproduce the problem with Ariela again. I just sent the log to your email using Ariela’s Contact feature.

One minor niggle with glances card- ineffective screen usage- wraps after 3rd item so 4th is on a new line but edges are wide (in both orientations)- it should fit

I understand now the issue. I will modify Ariela to take into account the “Columns” attribute so it can display the entities much better.

But what does it take to make this Custom Alarm Panel Card to work i Ariela???

Thank you. I could add native support for that card or at least make it act as the alarm card it is implemented now.
