Arm alarm / disarm on 2 different group addresses

Hey all

Let’s start with, I am a beginner and I am not sure if I overlooked something. I have been trying to search the community but also public sources. So of my question is stupid I apologize in advance.

I have the following problem. The alarm system in our house is configured so that arm and disarm are 2 different group addresses.

I would want one switch that uses the arm function if the status is not armed and vice Versa.

I have tried to add each status separately to a home Assistent knx switch entity but also in this simplistic way the alarm does not react.

How do I create the entities and how to I combine status, on, of to one switch?

Maybe with a template switch and the knx.send service. For status you’d need the knx_event event.
