I am very interested in the Aseko integration in Home Assistant.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to install the integration. I’m running with the latest updates from January 2024. I have an account on https://pool.aseko.com and can log in without any problems.
Using these credentials during installation results in an “unexpected error”. I tried changing my password and not using any special characters but it didn’t help.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions for solving this problem?
I was in same shoes as you, but found out that currently, the DEV branch has patch, which works super fine. So, if you are able to switch from “latest” to “dev”, your problems should be gone.

Aseko has announced changes to their API that will have an affect on the integration, maybe it will stop working for a long time…
UPDATE 2024-09-25! The great creators of the HA Aseko Integration have done work to make it run with the new API so should be fine. As the manufacturer will produce a specific API for Smart Home systems around the beginning of 2025. There might be more upcoming updates to the integration but at list you should be running with he basics without disruptions. All post below is if you have the knowledge and want to go further with moving it locally. Aseko won’t share any documentation so we’re trying to figure things out.
