I’ve really been enjoying the year of Voice. I currently use Google Home a lot for random questions that would be easy to find an answer to, but don’t want to pull out my phone to look up (i.e. “Can dogs eat pears?”). So I decided to give it a go with the Voice Assistant to see if I could build something similar. Got something working with Brave Summarizer, here’s the result.
Can find a how to on github here. The implementation isn’t as clean as I would like, but it’s my first attempt writing a custom intent and service for Home Assistant, so I’m just pleased I got it to work
