Assist and GoogleCalendar

I have Google Calendar configured in the calendar as an integration. The events are shown in the Home Assistant calendar. ChatGPT is used as a conversation agent. When I ask if there are any events scheduled this month… it tells me that the calendar is empty. In the settings all calendars are exposed to Assist.

Is it exposed to that AI?

Are exposed to assist.

Where is that setting. I was looking for it.

How are you asking it about events in your calendar? I don’t think it’s in the built-in sentences yet (not the English ones at least).

It finally worked… I simply ask Assist if there are events in the calendar.

How I solved it: In the entities exposed to Assist, or that I had exposed, there were two calendars… one is the default one of Homeassistant, with entity “calendar.calendar” (which refers to the local calendar of HA) and the Google calendar “calendar.myaccountname_gmail_com”. I removed the Assist exposure of the local HA calendar and left the one of my google account and gave it an “Alias” named “calendar”.

for now if i open assist it seems to work… even though it gave me some problems because it read me an event for tomorrow as if it were today… but i understood that: google calendar doesn’t sync quickly it takes a few minutes and i did a lot of tests in a short time. Unfortunately for now i managed to get it to say they are the events in two days (i haven’t tried three). If i ask what appointment i have in 10 days it can’t answer me.
