Assist Dialing Candlestick Phone with Grandstream VOIP adapter

I have an old 1910’s candlestick phone with no dial, so I’d like to use voice commands to make calls (pick up receiver, “Assistant, please dial xxx-xxx-xxxx”) (I know that I could add an external dial pad, but this would be cooler!).

  1. If I set up Assist with the Grandstream VOIP adapter, is Assist able to dial an outgoing phone number on the adapter?

  2. Once the call is dialed and established, can Assist/VOIP integration then route my voice directly through the outgoing VOIP phone line, or to the outgoing VOIP phone line via Asssit, instead of only listening for more voice commands?

  3. If I get an incoming call and pick up the phone receiver, will I be able to be connected to the call instead of to Assist, or at least receive the call via Assist?

  4. Ideally, I would be able to also control other HA connected devices, using the normal instructions for setting up Assist/VOIP (Voice over IP - Home Assistant).

Thanks!
