Assistance needed with Mosquitto broker

I’m new to Home Assistant and using Samba Share to remotely access the drive of my Home Assistant OS server (installed on a NUC). I found an empty folder named ‘share.’ Is this the folder used for Mosquitto, or am I looking in the wrong place? Can anyone help me find the correct directory? Thank you!

To do what?

To set up the Solar_assistant.conf file and connect Solar Assistant with HOME ASSISTANT. Thank you.

Hi Nguyễn Thành Trung,

What does the custom integration tell you that you should do?

"According to this guide, I need to find the share folder:

‘The /share folder can be accessed via SMB, or on the host filesystem under /usr/share/hassio/share.’

Please forgive me; I am new to this. I haven’t figured it out yet."

Then if you are looking in the Home Assistant back end and found a folder like that, I believe you have found the right one.

Thank you. I will give it a try. If there are any issues, I hope you can assist

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for help with the following issue: After changing the Customize path in Mosquitto Broker (Active: true), I encountered this error: “2024-10-18 06:20:29: Warning: File /share/mosquitto/accesscontrollist has world readable permissions. Future versions will refuse to load this file. To fix this, use chmod 0700 /share/mosquitto/accesscontrollist.” Following that, my Zigbee Dongle lost connection, and all Zigbee devices disconnected.

If anyone has experience with this, please guide me. Thank you all!
