Honestly, it and the Hive are now in the drawer-of-doom (aka stuff that’s been retired). Pretty much all my plugs are now Innr and they’ve been rock solid. Feedback from others across the world all say the same thing - you can’t go wrong with Innr. Innr now also do power monitoring plugs.
When the Salus and Hive were in use they seemed to be fine, but they weren’t in use long enough for me to say much more.
I have had 4 of these v1 Athom uk plugs and had no issues with them. They came with tasmota pre flashed which i have upgrade with bno issue, and once configured with my MQTT settings the tasmota integration in home assistant found them instantly. Doubt it is relevant but I bought them direct from Athom not a reseller.
I am interested in getting more and i can see that they now offer a v3 uk plug with matter support. Has anyone tried these?
Just to say ive got a lot of Aurora kit in my house…i used to use their zigbee router until they shut that side of their business down…at the time ( a couple of years back ) they said they were leaving the smart home market altogether but, they still do sell devices…ironically i found their smart sockets on amazon yesterday…ive got quite a few of these around the house and they work fine.
