Athom RGB Bulbs WLED controlled lights won't turn off in home assistant

For some reason none of my WLED lights will turn off with home assistant. It’s not isolated to one in the list, it’s all of them this is affecting.

Running WLED v0.13.1 and the latest versions of home assistant.

Please help!

Well I have isolated the problem to the Athom RGB LED bulbs that I have bought. I have LED strips that are now working and can turn off. Everything on the LED setting in WLED seems to be good, but when I use the slider to turn on the Athom RGB Bulbs they pop back on???
