I have three identical ATMS100133 WiFi Smart Meters (Tuya / Smart Life platform) installed in three different houses.
Two meters are working normally, but one meter developed a strange issue immediately after a power shutdown and restart.
What happened:
- The electrical supply to the house was turned off at the main breaker for maintenance.
- After power was restored, the meter came back online and still measures correctly:
- Voltage

- Current

- Power

- Total Energy (kWh)
(continues increasing normally)
- Voltage
- WiFi connection is working.
- The device is online in Smart Life.
However:
- Hourly statistics stopped updating.
- Daily statistics stopped updating.
- Monthly statistics stopped updating.
- The Power Statistics screen is frozen at the values recorded before the power outage.
- The historical charts no longer receive new data.
Additional information:
- I performed a WiFi reset and re-paired the device.
- I deleted and re-added the device.
- I even registered it with a different device name.
- None of these actions solved the problem.
- The other two identical ATMS100133 meters continue updating their hourly, daily and monthly statistics normally.
So the meter is still measuring and accumulating energy correctly, but the historical data logging / Power Statistics function appears to be frozen.
Has anyone experienced this issue with the ATMS100133, Tuya Smart, or Smart Life platform?
Is there any way to reset or rebuild the historical data logging function without replacing the meter?
Thank you.
