If you’re using RPi 3B on Raspbian and Z-Wave Aeotec ZW090 Z-Stick Gen5 Do not upgrade the kernel to the version raspberrypi-kernel_1.20181112-1 (November 4). After the upgrade, the system can’t recognize the stick (probably no drivers).
