After a chain of emails, as well as getting confirmation from an employee of Silicon Labs that the meaning of status number is in fact NOT a trade secret, I got a reply from the August rep as to what “0” means:
Thanks for your patience while we reviewed this case fully. After consulting with our Legal and Product team, they have stated that there is no conflict with our partnership with Silicon Labs to share the information required. By the nature of our partnership, we still had to confirm and we appreciate your patience. The ‘0’ value that you saw is indicated “no event” according to our engineers.
So it means nothing…
