I have a code in postman that authenticates successfully with a well known car charger and retrieves account info.
It was not written by me.
From what I understand the APIAuthkey is static and the validation takes place with username and password.
Can anyone help me in getting this set up in HA speak.
it uses https api https calling.
I have watched a days worth of videos and they all show how to use api key to obtain the data from third parties but have not found anything re this
Ps the Authkey is the same for all users so it is not authenticating users that way
