Hello,
I have a brand new Pi3b and tried to install following this tutorial:
https://home-assistant.io/docs/hassbian/installation/
But after 15 minutes of waiting I still cant reacht it by going to http://192.168.1.33:8123
Yes this is the IP address of my Pi.
Yes I tried another pie
Yes I tried another MicroSD card
I tried to flash 1.2
Yes I unzipped it and used Etcher to burn the image

Ive done this exact same thing before, extremely frustrating when you can’t figure out why it isn’t working. Then oops just a typo.

Have you hooked a monitor up to the PI to make sure its booting? Alternativley you can ssh in and see what is running.
Are you connected wired or wirelessly? You got the IP of the Pi so I assume you have a successful connection to the router.
Make sure your PI has access to the internet to upgrade. If you try it again, you can SSH into the PI when it comes up and then type “top” to see all of the processes running to get an idea about what is going on in the background.
