Auto-login and dark-mode for kiosk?

I installed chilipie-kiosk on two of my pi monitors this week, and i like how simple and easy it is.

I have a user “monitor” that is used to log in to each Pi and show a lovelace view:
https://home-assistant.xxx.xxx/monitor-1/0
https://home-assistant.xxx.xxx/monitor-2/0

This works, but every night the Pi’s are doing a scheduled reboot. And when they are up I see the home-assistant login-screen.
After login I also have to manual change theme from “Auto” to “Dark”.

How can I automate this?
I am checking “keep me logged on”, bit it isn’t helping.
I guess another way to auto-login, or if there is a way to disable authentication for specific views?
Also, how can I make dark-theme the default for the user?

i think your loosing your cookei on the reboot, probably?

every time i use a browser with browser clean up activated, i have the same issues. stuff like dark mode should be saved in the user settings on the server, not locally… imho

but the same goes with this forum here, you loose your cookie, you lost your customisation. This needs to be server side, not client side. I always want dark mode, no matter what device I use.

Is there a way to do this?
