In automatons when I click, Add Automation, then Start with empty automation, The the screen flicks to the new window but then fails and goes back to just the list of automations I’ve already made.
I’m stuck duplicating a already made automation then modifying it. Any suggestions?

It doesn’t work for me, either.

### Checklist
- [X] I have updated to the latest available Home Assistant versi… on.
- [X] I have cleared the cache of my browser.
- [X] I have tried a different browser to see if it is related to my browser.
### Describe the issue you are experiencing
Using Firefox on Win10 (last couple versions, currently 95 64bit).
When trying to create a new (blank) automation, by clicking 'Start with an empty automation'[1] it keeps returning to the list view of automations. Until v.11 there was a work-around by going to Blueprint and then skip, but with the new UI that option/trick is gone. It takes 5 to <who knows how many> attempts to get to a blank automation.
To see if I was the only one, I searched the community and noticed this topic:
https://community.home-assistant.io/t/new-blank-automation-editor-page-wont-display-in-firefox-browser/366103/
In Edge (Chromium based) things seem to work fine, but I never use Edge or any other browser, so it's just a one time test.

### Describe the issue you are experiencing
When I go to the new automation menu in Firefox and try to create a new automation, regardless of choosing empty or from a template, the automation form blinks in and goes away immediately, bringing me back to the list of existing automation.
I can edit automation fine, I just can't create a new one.
Works fine on the mobile app and on edge, seems to be only an issue in FF.

And there’s another thread on this forum:
I hope this is the right place for this… I am trying to create a new blank automation with UI editor.
I know I can do YAML, just wanted to use the editor…
Using up to date Firefox browser. Go to configuration > Automations&Scenes > +Add Automation> ‘start with an empty automation’. The new automation editor screen flashes briefly and then back to automation dashboard. If I use a different browser (i.e. Midori) the editor comes up and stays. Also, if I go to browsing history and select the …
It seems like this issue only affects Firefox.

So the answer is.
Cant find the post again of who wrote this but…
“Yes… All I have to do is edit my URL in firefox to /config/automation/edit/new and the editor comes up as it should…”
This works for now.
Thanks guys.
