Automate a 3 position rocker switch?

I have a rocker switch that has 3 positions. Up, Middle, Down… it manually controls fan speed… Anyone know of a physical button pusher that can work with a physical switch like this?

Don’t know, but a SPDT relay combined with SPST relay may be a good substitute if you were automating.
