And if you go to the page, there’s no email and no number to call unless you already have a card and are having issues with it. Just a mailing address… and even then I’m not sure what you could tell them to prove you were supposed to get a card since they are just the card company, not the people who issued the refund. Disappointing to say the least. What we need is a contact at SiriusXM, the previous owner.

Yep, spoke to 3 different people at XM who had no idea what I was referring to, amd mentioned that I should call the corporate office.

Apparently the linked info was posted or updated 13days ago, so I assume someone must have some idea as to what’s going on.

All operations were shut down on May 28, 2020.

The closest thing I found as a replacement was Bouncie (bouncie.com). It’s $67 USD with an $8 USD per month subscription. Has 3G SIM, GPS Integrates with Alexa, Google and IFTTT. You can even import your old Automatic data if you downloaded it in time. They are also testing API access, though it’s on request only and no real details about it unless you’re in the program so I can’t tell if it’s REST or something else.

I still haven’t pulled the trigger though as I don’t travel as much as I used to and wondering if it’s worth the $8/mo sub. I suppose if we ever got our rebates, I’d be more willing to go for it because I could use that money…

If you want to pursue this you need to open a case ASAP by either calling the number below our via the unresolved webform linked below, even though it doesn’t mean much, I just got a call saying they are investigating and should have a resolution soon, start with the webform and include copies of the last couple emails showing the amount promised and that it was being issued via a digital mastercard on August 31st.

Just got another call advising that Siriusxm is going to honor the rebate and send me a check.
