I don’t see any code and even less English. Nothing I can do.

I’m taking a wild guess here… I think the most likely issue is that you don’t understand that conditions do not wait. Conditions are checked immediately, so if your person’s state changes to “home” even 1 second before the door opens, the automation will not execute its actions.

You may want to look at the Wait For Trigger action.
