I heat my house with a boiler boiler through the Home Assistant - Smart Thermostat system. My house is an American kitchen. As you know, energy prices have risen to incredible levels. In order to save energy, I have a thought like this. My house heats up when cooking is done. I have a sensor that monitors the temperature of this house and two separate sensors that output derivative values. My aim is: I need an automation that will follow the house temperature, when the heating reaches the top and starts to decrease again (when the cooking is over), it will turn on the heating system there and fix the temperature to that value.
