I’m running the latest HA OS and I’m trying to debug a problem. To do this I’ve been looking through the logbook and I was thinking it would be good to see when my automations were triggered, as part of the logbook, rather than have to look back to the automations page. After further investigation, I can see that I should be able to!
I can see that this automation was triggered today
but it doesn’t show in my logbook
in my config, I just have a standard logbook entry, nothing configured specifically.
I don’t know if they’re directly related but I have logger set to warn and recorder does include automations.
I did see a solution from Taras to add a service call to the end of automations, to log information about what triggered an automation, so I could do that but I’m wondering if there’s something obvious that anyone could suggest, so I can get a basic message about when automations were triggered included in the logbook?
