I would love to have the ability to move automations and scripts into a folder for organization and easy disabling/enabling. If the folder had the ability to enable or disable all its contents that would be also amazing.
With HA automations the best you can get is splitting the automation yaml files and naming them with “living room”.
But that barely affects the GUI.
Another thing you could do is to add an input boolean “living room” as a condition in all living room automations.
I believe this topic or very similar has been requested several times before.
I guess it’s not so easy to do, or there is no interest to do it.
If you use Node red then you get all your wishes.
If you’re looking for a UI feature then there’s an existing feature request.
If you mean on disk then you can do this already.
