My iOS HA App froze up so I deleted and re-intalled it. All my actions in the companion app disappeared and I can’t use any of my shortcuts that trigger these actions. I have tried everything to sync the automations but haven’t had any luck. Can anyone help?

Same problem here. I have changed to a new iPhone 16 Pro / iOS 18. The Home Assistant IOS app doesn’t appear in the iOS Shortcut actions anymore.
Same issue here. I’ve got some actions defined in YAML that are syncing, and if I create an action in the app under Settings > Companion App > Actions, it shows up in my widgets. A new action I’ve added in YAML in configuration.yaml refuses to show up, even after tapping “Update server actions.”
Actually got this working. I just needed to fully restart the HA server, then go to Settings > Companion App > Actions in the companion app and hit “Update Server Actions.” Perhaps this might work for you both?
