Automations Trigger One hour late - since time change?

Since the ‘Clock Changed’ forward by one hour at the weekend my Home Assistant automation’s are triggering one hour later than they should.

For example, A switch should turn on at 8.00am but in instead turning on at 9.00am.

The raspberry Pi Clock (Time) is correct. Home Assistant time seems to be correct. The automation is set to trigger at 8.00am but triggers at 9,00 am.

What is going on?

What time zone do you have set? I realize the times appear correct but let’s verify the basics first.

If you refer to the configuration.yaml:

time_zone: GMT

GMT would not have a summet time change, I believe. Europe/London may be a better choice.

https://www.home-assistant.io/docs/configuration/basic/ refers to the list of tz timezones here. I try to pick a canonical one, if possible.

OK, I will change the Code to IE which should solve my problem. I will report back tomorrow to give an update.

Thanks for the help.

You should pick from the third column.I assume you mean Europe/Dublin

My mistake, Yea I will enter ‘Europe/Dublin’ as the timezone.

I changed the time_zone: in configuration.yaml as mentioned above.

My switches turned on at the correct time today.

Thanks.
