It would be essential for me to have this integration.
I have tried the different options available in different forums, including one published in this same post, but the firmware blocking access via LAN makes none of them functional.
The only way that works in my case is to use IR with a Wi-Fi device like those from Broadlink, Sesibo and others that use zwave (I have not tried this but it is the same, it only changes the device-intermediary->HA communication). But this solution presents different problems such as not having the status of the AC.

Just to confirm, GrKoR’s solution works amazingly well!
I have just did it with my two AUX (based) ACs.

Arbuzov’s work is very good but my wi-fi USB keys keep disconnecting randomly. I will try ESPHome solution.

Zsoltt would you be so kind and write a tutorial how integrate this solution with home assistant… i give up … dont know what im doing wrong :frowning:

+1 here… I have AUX Magma units and would love to have them integrated.
They have WiFi built-in and their App (some kind of universal App btw) works as a charm so I assume it should be possible…

Szia! Még nagyon új vagyok az automatizálásban, de megláttam a kommented és hátha magyarul egyszerűbb :smiley: Jól értem, hogy GrKoR módszeréhez be kell építeni egy esp harvert manuálisan a légkondiba, hogy működjön?
