So my goal is simple enough but the solutions out there seem more complex the more I look.
If anybody knows of a product that checks some of these boxes I’d appreciate the feedback. Thanks.
Want:
- Accept 3 to 4 4K HDMI Input with one output
- Live PIP for 2 of the sources that can be adjusted in position and size and quickly swapped which one is bigger. The audio should be mixed for the two sources selected.
- BT Audio or at least 3.5" Audio extraction so I can wear headphones when the family is asleep.
*LAN or WiFi control that could preferably control scenes through HA (Normal daytime mode audio through HDMI, Late night PIP audio mixing through BT/3.5".) - As I said it’d be nice not to have to unplug the 3.5" to return the audio output to the HDMI.

I’m just not sure about getting HA to to talk to that LAN interface.
Ok thanks for anybody who responds, I haven’t really gotten into AV stuff yet but I think it’s time to get comfy with my ideal setup.
