AV Receivers & Streamdecks

Hi!

I’ve just bought a streamdeck with dials on it:

Very much looking forward to playing with it, but one of the things I’d really like to do is configure a volume knob to control my amp.

Current amp is a very old Yamaha RX-V539, which I’ve got currently integrated using an IR blaster. This is… ok as I can send volume up/down commands, but I wondered if there were AV amps that allow precise setting of the volume by %.

Have started reading about HDMI-CEC, but before I disappear down a rabbit hole thought I’d ask the community.

Thanks in advance,

Neil

I prefer Onkyo receivers.
They have a network interface and a HA integration is also available.

Many Onkyo Receivers are not just sound devices, but also handles video inputs including HDMI signals with DRM.

Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, BlueSound, Pioneer, Arcam and so on. Many today’s AVR reveivers and amps suit your list.
