I’m trying to query the garage door gateway of MyQ. Is it online or offline, available or unavailable, connected or disconnected?

The reason why I asked is because I saw these confusing pictures below. The “Unavailable” is from the dashboard button of the “Device”. The “Disconnected” is from Settings>Devices & Services>Devices, and I clicked on the MyQ151 gateway. So the test will be for state: connected or state: disconnected, whichever condition I want to test. My automations checks for the garage door opened for more than 10 minutes and the gateway is connected, it sends me a text alert to my phone. The alert from the MyQ app is a notification on the app plus an email to my email account. I don’t always watch for the popup notification on the phone and I don’t always look at my email - BUT- with the text alert, I chose a loud ringtone for the text sound + vibration, which will really catch my attention.
