Average energy use by day

I am trying to use my average energy usage by day, is this possible???

Plan… I have solar and battery and octopus intelligent electricity. I already can work out from solar forecast and current battery level how much available power I will have tomorrow, I want to use my average usage for the same day of the week to work out how much additional charge I need to add when the electricity is cheap… generally Friday Saturday and Sunday are washing days where we use more energy, whereas weekdays are lower use as we are at work. needed battery charge = average use for day of week - ( forecast solar + current battery capacity)

First a utility meter to get daily measurements

and then a statistics sensor to average

or average sensor

Thanks, that’s great, I can get daily averages, but is there a way to get it by day? So I can get average for Saturday, average for Sunday and so on. So then I can charge my battery based on the average usage for that day of the week.
