Avi-On GE Bluetooth, not functioning

Good afternoon,
I have seen some threads about Avi-On, but most are from 2019 or earlier.

I can not seem to get this one working.
I have used both both methods, login and MAC

Using the login method it shows unavailable.

Using the MAC i get a too many parameters error

    Appreciate input if you have any ideas?

I think I have the same problem. Do you have an internet bridge? I think my problem is that I don’t actually know what the api key is, and therefore can’t connect to the dimmers. I suspect that having the internet bridge exposes the api key to the account information. Just guessing.
