I noticed that the used library for Fritz!Box SmartHome (pyfritzhome) supports templates.
They would probably be a good automation option, since you could trigger changes to your device plans via some HAS automations.
I also offer to implement it myself and post a PR, but I wanted some feedback which device types are best for that feature.
