I just got two of these and they aren’t found. Are they compatible with HA?
Do you mean Aqara? They have two door/window sensors, which one do you have exactly?
You have a zigbee coordinator or the aqara bridge?
Dang can’t spell even if it is in front of my face! Yes the Aqara. The door and window sensor model # MCCGQ11LM I have a Zigbee coordinator a HUSBZB-1 I also have a Hubitat Elevation. The HA can’t find the device at all but the Hubitat can find it but gets no data. I suspect I ordered the wrong model of sensor.
